Greg Yost, M.D.
Board Certified in General Surgery

Greg Yost, M.D., board certified in general surgery, comes to Abilene Regional Medical Center (ARMC) from Scott & White Waco Clinic. With more than 20 years of experience, Dr. Yost brings his passion to ARMC. His specialties include laparoscopic cholecystectomy, appendectomy and colon resection. He graduated from Texas A&M University and received his medical degree from the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Dr. Yost completed internships at the University of Oklahoma and Loyola University Medical Center. Dr. Yost enjoys bay fishing, golfing and spending time with his wife, Jane, and two children.

   

John Cole, D.O.
Board Certified in General Surgery

John Cole, D.O., a native of Abilene, comes to Abilene Regional Medical Center (ARMC) from Baylor Medical Center at Waxahachie. He enjoys treating a range of general surgical conditions and specializes in advanced laparoscopic and GERD treatment procedures and in treating colorectal, endocrine and breast diseases. Dr. Cole received his undergraduate degree from Abilene Christian University and his medical degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center. Dr. Cole completed his internship at the Osteopathic Medical Center of Texas and his residency at Genesys Regional Medical Center. Dr. Cole enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and plays golf and tennis.

   

Mark Rubin, M.D.
Board Certified in Colon-Rectal Surgery

Mark Rubin, M.D., recently brought his surgical skills and caring approach to our community. After completing his general surgery fellowship at St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital in Houston, Dr. Rubin also completed a fellowship in colon and rectal surgery at the University of Texas Medical School. He is experienced in a wide range of procedures, from minimally invasive colon surgery to gallbladder and appendix removal. He also evaluates and treats a full spectrum of colon and rectal problems. Dr. Rubin is now accepting new patients.
